Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Single-point of Contact for each Purchase Order.

Overall responsible for managing and co-ordinating the performance of the project team and deliver the Statement of Work (SOW) in the Purchase Order on schedule and within agreed cost.

Shall lead a Scrum or equivalent team to deliver Application Software that shall achieve the desired outcomes of the Product Owner.

Shall be the main point of interaction between the team and the Product Owner.

Shall lead and guid the development team, tracking the overall progress of the development and reporting this to key stakeholders, and all other functions as provided under the Scrum Guide 1 or equivalent agile development methodology.

Job Requirements:

Shall have at least three (3) years as a Scrum Master or equivalent in Agile projects.

The person shall be a Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.

Prior experience in agile development methodologies

Must have good understanding of the Scrum framework and the ability to train others in its subtleties.

Good communication with all peers

Good Organizational Skills
