Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the software industry (experience in an AI or Blockchain based company is an advantage).
Excellent at client/customer engagement and satisfaction and must be willing to go the extra mile to achieve this.
Experienced in stakeholder management.
Good track record of achieving individual as well as the team's sales targets.
Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts/deals.
Able to manage multiple priorities working in a very fast paced organization/industry.
Knowledgeable in consultative selling methodologies.
Complete understanding of the sales cycle and have experience in managing it.
Must be able to create and execute sales strategies in accordance with the company values and policies.
Able to work independently as well be able to manage and inspire a team.
Good understanding/working knowledge of CRM tools and pipeline management.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Ensure documentation in done on time and accurately.
Valid driving licence (UAE) is an advantage.
