Job details
- Develop new marketing initiatives to reach targets and business goals
- Reach monthly targets with extreme marketing initiatives
- Manage the reception and the team appropriately
- Attend to patients by assisting them, greeting, welcoming, checking their insurance policies for them, helping out with treatment set up and treatment plan
- Follow up with new and existing Patients through recalls
- Evaluate feedback from patients and build on them to better patients experience at the clinic
- Attend to patient complaints or concerns when the need arises
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Make appointments for patients through call or walk in patients
- Update appointment and schedule meetings/appointments
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, e mailing etc
- Arabic is a must
- Knowledge of Social Media Channels is an advantage
