Initiate work based on creative brief - to seek thorough briefing from seniors

Partner with the copy or art person in the creative team

Generate communication ideas that are fresh and interesting - make ideas shine through execution

Focus on execution details - learn the craft

Actively seek guidance and advice from seniors on direction and execution

Take responsibility of a job - from 'concept to completion'

Ensure High Standard of Creative Product

Exceed creative standards set by seniors

Be responsible for the creative product

Ensure accuracy of the creative output

Team Play

Understand the needs of the Account Management Groups - in terms of strategic needs, creative support, and delivery schedules

Interact with all partners in the agency to stimulate and develop big ideas based on sound strategy

Participate and contribute in briefing sessions

General Management

Lead by example to provide an environment that is fun, open, frank, politics-free, performance oriented and professional

Ensure agency systems are followed by his group; suggest improvements to top management

Ensure that ethical practices and social responsibilities of the agency are followed by every member
