Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
- - Minimum 1 Years Experience in Dubai Real Estate
- - Prospect clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- - Have to be creative, dynamic, Cultured and well-connected individual
- - Good communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients and colleagues
- - Strong organization skills, as you may be dealing with more than one property at a time.
- - Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- - Willingness to take on responsibility, as estate agents will likely be afforded a great deal of responsibility early on.
- - Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients, and briefing your Manager promptly on any significant issues arising from those contacts.
- - Conducting any communication with landlords, tenants/clients, and Staff in a professional and courteous manner.
Area of specialization
Professional, Presentable and Honest
Excellent English Skills - another language is a plus.
Driving license.
An active RERA Broker ID or a Broker Certificate
