-Holder of UAE driving license

-RERA Certified would be an advantage
-English communication (spoken and written is a must)
-Familiar with Dubai developments and communities
-Knowledge of Dubai property trends
-Good persuasion and negotiation skills
-Team player and target oriented
-Well presentable and organized
-Computer literate (Internet research, MS office, Property portals)
