Job Description:
Understanding customer requirements and fulfilling the same.
Developing and Maintaining relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails;
To arrange meetings by cold calling potential customers for new business prospect;
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
Negotiating on price, costs, delivery, and specifications with buyers and managers;
Confident in handling objections
Good product knowledge to help clients with any queries and challenges
Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
Gaining a clear understanding of customer's businesses and requirements;
To make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
To feed future buying trends back to employers;
To share best practice with colleagues.
To travel for exhibitions, meet customers face to face if needed.
In order to be considered for this role one must be able to demonstrate:
Eye for detail
Lighting industry knowledge will be an added advantage
Customer service experience
Confident and aggressive
Fluent both in French and English
