Duties and Responsibilities

Perform a variety of tasks to support the internal sales team of Galileo

Create and update client records and perform all applicable transactions using the CRM system

Send proposals, and create and process sales orders

Take part in the leads-generation activities

May respond to prospect inquiries, arrange sales appointments, and create billing statements

Monitor leads and apply extension or re-assignment of account as necessary

Remind internal sales team members of upcoming events, activities, and meetings

Keep track of the company's sales target and prompt internal sales team as necessary

Provide data and submit reports to the internal sales team

Perform other related responsibilities when necessary or as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Senior High School graduate, STEM or ABM strand

Proficient in productivity tools

Resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented
