- Work with patients who have a range of conditions, including neurological, intramuscular, cardiovascular and respiratory.
- Diagnose, assess and treat their physical.
- Develop and review treatment programmed that encourage exercise and movement by the use of a range.
- Involve parents and carers in the treatment, review, and rehabilitation.
- Educate patients and their carers about how to prevent and/or improve.
- Write patient case notes and reports and collect.
- Liaise with the Head of the department, to exchange information about the background and progress of patients, as well as to refer patients who require other medical.
- Determine Clinical diagnosis and provide Physiotherapy treatment indicated as an autonomous practitioner, developing appropriate packages of care, giving clinical/professional advice to patients, carers and other Health Care.
- To carry out other duties that may be required by management and that fall within the post holders.
- To facilitate effective communication within the Physiotherapy.
- To play an active role in the operational, strategic management and development of the physiotherapy.
- To ensure data collection and analysis to reflect the full extent of the physiotherapy service while monitoring activity, standards.
Required qualifications
BS degree in Physiotherapy
