5. Carry out other clerical, secretarial or receptionist duties as required ( keyboarding and data entry or photocopying) during quieter periods on the switchboard.

Document Control

-Responsible for receiving & follow up of documents from all Departments for management approval.

-Organization of documents (Urgent & Non-Urgent)

-Ensure all documents are delivered to the concerned once approval is secured.

-Introduce Point of Contact for each department

-Responsible for receiving courier packages (docs or non-docs) for corporate department and ensure proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing couriers.

-Maintains and ensure proper filing system

-Keep safe filing.

Drafting emails, letters, internal memos and various correspondence, etc.

Maintain and manage daily schedule/appointments.

Receive all incoming phone calls before transferring the line to management.

Responsible to manage flight, hotel and restaurant reservations.

Responsible to manage Visa applications.

Transportation arrangement for Family or guest(s) if required.

Fax, photocopy and scanning of documents

9. This placement requires excellent liaison and coordination with Team FT & to all parties in contact with FT.

10. Personal Presentation & grooming standards are to be maintained as you will be directly working with FT management.

11. Any other duties assigned by the management.
