Job details
We are looking for a Psychometric Officer that has the following qualifications:
Graduate of at least a BA Psychology
Conceptual and working knowledge on psychometric tests
Experience on administering, scoring, interpreting psychological data
Highly proficient in oral and written English communication skills
Ability to communicate in Arabic is an advantage
Keen interest in reading and writing
Passion for learning and constant drive to update knowledge and skills

The President of this company set up the first psychometric assessment in the UAE and the region in 1986 for Emirates Airlines . She was among the founding members of the airline . Therefore she is looking for people that have the basic experience and can be groomed . in our practice we use wide battery of tools to meet our different clients requirements .
