This key leader will also develop and oversee an integrated content strategy that encompasses editorial governance and execution, and metrics to be applied and aligned with the business's overall objectives. She/He is also responsible for the team's editorial structure within the content department and partnering with other business functions in order to ensure that all content across the business is integrated and aligned to support business objectives. In addition to a strong strategic mindset, the Content Manager should be able to successfully balance leadership, creative, and technical skills.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Eight years of experience in digital marketing and/or content with at least 2 years in a management capacity
• Proven management skills, which involve coaching and mentoring and a track record for progressing employees. This role requires the management of at least 15 FTEs over a minimum 2-year ;
• Proven effective solving problems skills and a history of initiating novel solutions to new and existing areas for opportunity 
• Has a habit of being aware of the competitive landscape in terms of the general digital marketing industry and modern digital content trends 
• Speaks English at native level capabilities. Exposure and proficiency to British English is a plus 
• Ability to negotiate deadlines, projects, and work levels with other departments 
• Experience with analytics, web, or social data is a plus 
• Experience with Content Marketing Strategies is a strong advantage 
• Must have a client-centric mentality 
• A proven track record for delivering on Departmental Key Result Areas with strong proficiency in communicating results to a Management Committee
