We are looking for an Operations Executive with customer-oriented mind-set to handle all internal & external customers' enquiries and support the sales team and their related activities with the key objective is to grow the Food & Nutraceutical Business.

The Job:

Be responsible for the daily operations functions including but not limited to orders processing, generating invoices and delivery notes, stock inventories, stock movements, custom clearance and all administrative support as well as routine office related functions.

Seek to provide quality customer service when attending to customer calls and queries.

The Person:

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Working experience in purchasing department, customer service environments, logistic or trading companies will be an added advantage.

Familiar with the coordination and sales administrative support.

Self-confident, strong initiative and an ability to interact with all types of people.

Ability to multi-task, manage stress and work under pressure.

Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to details.

Good command of English & Mandarin
