Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare and cook assigned dishes according to recipes, quality and presentation standards

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing food before use

Adhere to and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures

Maintain hygiene standards established in food preparation areas and cooking surfaces

Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Preferably with at least 1 - 3 years of experience in traditional Cantonese/Teochew cuisine

Minimum GCE O Level/ITE qualifications

Candidates are welcome to apply regardless of experience level as training will be provided

Knowledge and proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential for introducing menu items to customers

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks responsibly

Possess a strong sense of initiative and positive work attitude

Maintain professional grooming and appearance and act as a role model according to established grooming and appearance policy
