Job details
We are seeking an HR professional who embraces challenges to join our dynamic and growing team in Singapore. This is a one-year contract role, subject to conversion or renewal per business.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR including but not limited to recruitment, rewards administration, payroll, performance management, training, HRIS etc.
- Work closely with Talent Resource Manager on recruitment (eg. management of job portals, work passes, foreign worker quota) and onboarding activities.
- Work closely with Rewards Manager on monthly payroll, CPF submission, ad-hoc payment, benefits administration, monthly reports, statutory surveys, HRIS update.
- Craft policies, procedures, forms, employee letters.
- Support requests from internal audit & ISO attainment.
- Assist with on-going HR initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Degree or Diploma.
- At least 4 years of working experience as a HR.
- Well-versed with government portals eg. CorpPass, Work Pass, NS/ leave claims, funding.
- Good knowledge of HR principles, practices, regulations and procedures, as well as local employment laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel
- Multi-tasker with the tenacity to work in a start-up / fast-paced.
- Good command of English (written & spoken).
- Strong communication and analytical.
- Meticulous, resourceful, strong coordination and follow up.
- Hands-on knowledge with HRIS.
