Act as the primary point of contact supporting a team of data modeler/s and business analysts mapping source systems to a common staging database 

Track all incoming requests as tickets Investigate and respond to requests 

Coordinate escalation/response from other team members and customer staff when required 

Provide status and resolution statistics and weekly status reporting for all mapping support activities 

Act as custodian and curator of the published business glossary 

Manage changes and improvements to published business glossary attribute names, definitions, relationships and entities 

Coordinate releases of the business glossary 

Act as custodian and curator of the published logical/physical models based on the business glossary keeping all of the models synchronized with the published business glossary 

Provide input and suggestions for improvement or clarification to the business requirements and related documents 

Support other modelling and mapping activities related to new subject areas including visual model/diagrams, business glossary definition, logical/physical modelling, and authoring of related requirements and specification documents
