- "Must have a Bachelors degree in Design or a closely related field
- Must have a portfolio to showcase social media work
- Good organization skills
- Must be able to create and plan social media calendars
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Must have strong experience in design softwares like photoshop, illustrator, indesign
- Video editing is added advantage
- Will lead a team of 3 designers
- Report directly to the Marketing Director
- Attention to detail
- Time management and the ability to cope with multiple projects at a time
- Self-motivated
- Open to feedback and quick delivery on any changes suggested to design
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience Requirements:1 - 10 Years "
