Responsibilities:

• Understanding of SDLC processes  
• Under broad direction and supervision, develops, maintains, and enhances client systems as well as designs and develops new features
• Able to design and develop customized software in a group or independently
• Enhance and support company software development on projects
• Analyze system requirements, business processes and information system
• Assists in systems planning, scheduling and implementation
• Research new technologies and/or process enhancements to existing technologies and tools
• Required to do diagrams, documentation and other technical paperwork related to software development engineering projects
• Communicate effectively with Project team to ensure all issues are highlighted in a timely manner
• Involve in the design, development, maintenance and preparation of technical documentation
• Required to follow methodologies that are used for software engineering projects
• Design, Develops, maintains, enhances, and tests client systems of moderate to high complexity 
• Participates in the specification and design of new features at client or business request 
• Participates in the evaluation of new platforms, tools, and technologies
• Support for software and systems

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology or related field

3-5 years of experience with Java Web Application Development

Required skill(s): JAVA, JSP Servlet, HTML, XML, CS, SQL, JBBC and Eclipse IDE

Familiarity of Weblogic Application Server, Oracle Database and good understanding of J2EE architecture / Struts Framework and Object Oriented Programming will be an added advantage

Must be a good team player and work independently with minimal supervision

Must be able to work under pressure, under tight deadlines and fast-paced environment
