- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in the field of Psychology, Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management or any equivalent courses.

- Preferably Male applicants.

- Must have at least six (6) months of experience in the field of Recruitment (end to end process) as well as in different facets of Human Resource.

- Must know how to administer, check and interpret psychological exams; must know how to handle interviews and basic clerical skills such as filing, receiving of calls and etc.

- Good in written and verbal communication skills and must be proficient in different Microsoft Office Application (Excel, Powerpoint, Visio and Word).

- Has sense of urgency, self-starter, fast learner, optimistic, and innovative.

- Knows how to handle himself professionally and can work independently.

- Must be willing to travel, to work out of town and be assigned in different areas of Luzon, Visayas or Mindanao.
