1. Billing

Collect and validate pertinent support documents needed for billing clients, submitted by operations and prepare sales invoices due for billing.

Coordinate with concerned parties for the timely transmittal of the invoices to the clients.

Ensure all received and scanned copies of the invoices are compiled/filed in their corresponding folders and writes on the face of the received copy the reference official receipt once an invoice is already paid by client.

Maintains an updated contact list of all clients.

Update bank statement/passbook balances daily for all depository banks and attends to the deposit as per requirement needed

2. Collection

Contact clients by phone and email to follow up and confirm collection and schedules the pick-up of the check

Issue official receipts to direct bank deposits, telegraphic transfers of clients.

Encode transactions to SAP collections per OR issued.

Immediately inform clients, about items deducted from the invoice collection and reconcile or dispute discrepancies and requests for assistance from for immediate resolution

Send statements of account to clients with overdue invoices.

3. General

Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Provide updates and accomplishments to management on a regular basis.

Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
