Financial Company looking to hire a young and dynamic person on the position of Office Manager/Team assistant.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Receive, direct and relay e-mails, telephone messages and fax messages

- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring enquiries.

- Assist in planning & preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.

- Preparing letters, presentations and reports.

- Managing filing systems.

- Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.

-Support team on daily basis

-Arranging travel, visas and accommodation for personal and business occasion for the team

Skills

- Should be highly proficient with computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

- Office planning and administration knowledge

- Verbal and written communication skills to correspond and interact with all levels of management, external company executives, customers, and other contacts.

Requirements:

Previous experience in UAE 2-3 years

MS Office and diary management skills

Excellent communicator

Adaptable team player

Self-motivated approach

Able to work under pressure

Willing, friendly, approachable and professional

Efficient, positive and proactive

Required qualifications

University Degree
