We are a gourmet snack manufacturer looking for an Admin and Marketing Officer to manage marketing activities as well as other day-to-day tasks. We're looking for someone who can work in a start-up environment, is excited to grow a business and who has exceptional marketing and coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Planning and coordination of bazaars and other events
- Coordination and recording orders from customers, scheduling deliveries
- Conceptualization and execution of marketing activities to increase sales
- Management of social media, creating campaigns to strengthen brand image and recall
- Creation of marketing materials
- Other tasks as may be assigned
Requirements
- Must have strong planning, organizational and time management skills
- Can coordinate in a quick and thorough manner
- Can to multi-task effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Proficient with social media (Facebook, Instagram)
- Female, aged 20-30 years old
- Good communication skills - English and Filipino
- Knowledge of graphic design is a plus (for social media management)
- Honest, hardworking, a fast worker
