We are a gourmet snack manufacturer looking for an Admin and Marketing Officer to manage marketing activities as well as other day-to-day tasks. We're looking for someone who can work in a start-up environment, is excited to grow a business and who has exceptional marketing and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordination of bazaars and other events 
• Coordination and recording orders from customers, scheduling deliveries
• Conceptualization and execution of marketing activities to increase sales
• Management of social media, creating campaigns to strengthen brand image and recall
• Creation of marketing materials
• Other tasks as may be assigned 

Requirements

• Must have strong planning, organizational and time management skills
• Can coordinate in a quick and thorough manner
• Can to multi-task effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Proficient with social media (Facebook, Instagram)
• Female, aged 20-30 years old
• Good communication skills - English and Filipino
• Knowledge of graphic design is a plus (for social media management)
• Honest, hardworking, a fast worker
