We are a family run Nursing Home, situated in parkland a few minutes from Cowley Bridge and are currently looking to recruit experienced Housekeeping Assistants to join our team.
We are looking for people to maintain a high standard of housekeeping and domestic services Langford Park's clients, staff and visitors. Someone who has an exceptional eye for detail, who can work effectively and efficiently and contribute to giving our residents a "Home from Home" and ensuring our homes are of a exceptional standard whilst retaining a homely and warm ambiance overall. make our home a homely, warm place for our residents to live.
Ensuring rooms, hallways and community areas are clean and tidy, maintaining stocks of cleaning supplies and materials and ensuring compliance of all COSHH and all other statutory legislation. Facilitating the regular cleaning of furnishings, fabrics, carpets, fittings, rooms, stairs and corridors throughout Langford Park, whilst ensuring the home's infection control policy is maintained throughout the home.
We are looking for:
- Experience of working within a similar role as a Housekeeping Assistant/Domestic Assistant (In a care setting would be preferable)
- Someone who has an excellent eye for detail and who can work effectively and efficiently, producing a high standard of work.
- An active team player but also able to work on own initiative.
- The ability to treat people with dignity and compassion & to respect them as an individual.
- Someone who is looking to progress within their role with additional training, support & development.
