Conducts physical inventory count at store branches 
Prepares a thorough monthly variance report 
Prepares any documentation of any shortages incurred by the Sales Promoter 
Ensures inventory shortages are being recorded 
Maintains inventory control and evaluates product data 
Maintains accuracy of all counts and ensures the authenticity of all information 
Maintains and updates inventory records regularly 
Develops and implements efficient inventory management procedures 
Reconciles inventory discrepancies 
Reconciles any variances of actual inventories as against system records 
Prepares a list of depleted products and surveys unusable products 
Maintains logs of all products in the branches 
Files all the sales reports, deliveries, and inventory ;
Prepares year-end analysis of inventory shortages 
Reports in a timely manner to Accounting Manager
