1. Supervise the Firm's Taxation and Professional Services which involves drawing up workable programme and timetables.

2. Coordinate and execute all Taxation engagements in manual and computerized environments;

3. Display excellent understanding of Nigerian and International Tax Laws. Also, to demonstrate excellent use of Taxation and Advisory tools and software including Ms-word, Ms-Excel, Ms-PowerPoint etc.

4. Respond to queries from tax regulatory authorities Federal Inland Revenue Service and respective State Boards of Internal Revenue (SBIR).

5. Provide compliance and consulting services to corporate and individual clients.

6. Identify complex tax issues and provide tax analysis for a variety of entities and their affiliates.

7. Research and analysis of a wide range of tax issues related to business transactions and tax implications of financing techniques for a variety of entities and their affiliates.

8. Processing and obtaining corporate and personal tax clearance certificates for clients.

9. Coordinate FIRS and relevant SBIR audits of clients.

10. Ensure clients' compliance with the various tax policies and regulations.

11. Conduct research on various tax stay awake issues.

12. Ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of records and procedures.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Achievement of on-time prospect conversion.

Achievement of debt/invoice recovery of not later than one month due

Good communication with clients

Invoice to customers not later than last day of the month.

High Safety levels/records at all installations; accident free operations

Excellent knowledge and control of installation and commissioning relating to construction sites,

pipeline areas, the Above Ground Installation and customer locations

Zero regulatory fines and penalties due to non-compliance

100% Customer satisfaction

High quality, comprehensiveness and accuracy of periodic reports

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in providing tax planning services or preparing and reviewing client work papers and income tax returns;

2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Taxation or other business related field;

3. Critical thinking, a thirst for knowledge, confidence and strong business sense;

4. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with a strong command of English;

5. Strong Information Communication Technology ("ICT") literacy including Excel, PowerPoint and Word; and

6. Demonstration of practical knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
