Ensures safe keeping of Branch documents & assets, oversee the cashier's itinerary and on-time delivery of reports.

Duties and Responsibilities

•    Ensures updated LMS Day End Transactions after ensuring the correctness of the following:
•     Collections
•     Deposit Slips
•     Other Receipt Transactions
•     Loan Applications
•     Mc Inventory
•     Transfers of units
•     Clearing

Encodes on-time all Credit Applications to LMS, verifies and validates Credit Applications endorsed by CSRS.

Disburses approved applications with complete requirements and prints LMS extracted Welcome Letter & Authority to Release forms upon release.

•    Prepares the following documents for loan release:
•     Installment Plan Folder with complete requirements
•     Undertaking
•     Welcome Letter
•     Authority to Release
•     Printing of Promissory Note and Chattel Mortgage
•     Motorcycle Financing Slip
•     Accomplishes timely Loan Release Report.

Qualifications and Competencies

•    Professional Qualification
•     College Graduate of any business course
•     Job Related Experience is a plus
