Responsibilities:

You must be able to attend to phone calls from clients and addressing their queries and concerns. You must be able to attend to their travel plans and sometime help them develop the best travel itinerary.

Eligibility:

1. We are only looking for native Arabic speaking candidates who are also good at speaking in English

2. You must be able to work in shifts - you will have two days off in a week but you have to be able to manage rotational shifts

3. You must be proactive and quick with your responses to the clients and provide them with innovative solutions to keep them excited about their holiday

4. We need team players and candidates who are willing to grow with us.

5. Prior degree or experience in the travel and tourism sector is a must.
