Responsibilities
Achieve/exceed revenue targets in the assigned territory
Drive the development and execution of a partner recruitment strategy
Manage, recruit and train partners to sell ESET's and Technology Alliances IT security solutions.
Conduct meetings and presentations with end customers
Manage key customer relationships at the executive and senior management level
Work with marketing to implement the channel marketing program for the assigned territory
Track all lead and opportunity activity within the pipeline and manage to report using CRM
Maintain channel partner and end-user account information with attention to detail in CRM
Represent company at regional trade shows
Requirements
Degree in IT, business or another related specialty
Fluent written and spoken English & Arabic
Up to 50% traveling in the assigned region
At least three years of channel management experience with top tier IT companies of the region
Excellent presentation skills and business communication skills
Ability to work independently and be self-directed
Able to understand technologies such as Malware Detection, Encryption, Patch Management, DLP, Disaster Recovery and Virtualization
