We are looking for an Associate Recruiter who is fluent in English and Dutch to join us in working with one of our global client accounts. In this talent resourcing position, you will have daily contact with your colleagues, supporting the recruitment of talented individuals into key locations across the Netherlands and possibly the rest of EMEA. Responsibilities

Assist the recruiters in searching for top talent for roles across EMEA, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies

Executing headhunting, talent sourcing and networking strategies

Market mapping, creating company target lists and with this information provide advise to the recruiters

Creating talent pools as well as pipelining

Conducting telephone interviews and CV reviews

In addition, you will be handling some own requisitions, where you will be responsible to source and select the right talent for our client

Required Experience

Previous resourcing and/or end-to-end recruitment experience, with knowledge of sourcing best practices

Fluent level of English and Dutch

An ability to meet deadlines and goals

Willingness to take ownership and be held responsible for allocated tasks and projects but supportive as well

A positive, pro-active and creative attitude

Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to work in fast paced environment
