Working as an integral part of the RPO team within the pharma market, you will be responsible for the recruitment process including:

Sourcing of external candidates via social media and internal tools

Screening of applications and conducting first Interviews via Telephone or Videoconferencing

Administrative Support of Recruiters ( Offer Making, Interview Coordination, Advert posting, Reportings etc.)

 Skills & Experience

 The role focuses on both consistent candidate management and client responsiveness.

The role will focus on the recruitment of various professional-level positions. To be successful in this position you will have:

First Recruitment experience gained within a Recruitment Agency, RPO or inhouse environment

Good active sourcing experience

Excellent communication skills in both German and English languages

Previous experience in life science is a large plus

Flexibility to adapt and support other business needs when required

Comfortability with remote-management and being part of a wider European team

Experience in market research or related can be an advantage
