Job details
Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers as well as ;
Reconcile finance accounts and direct debits
Maintain digital and physical financial records
Issue invoices to customers and external partners as needed
Sort out incoming and outgoing daily post and answer any queries
Inspect spreadsheets for accuracy
Prepare bank deposits
Handle petty cash.
Make and update expense reports
Verify accuracy, completeness and consistency of accounting information received
