Eligibility Criteria:

1. Experience: 1+ Years Preferred from Educational Colleges/Institutions/Firms/Schools.

2. Minimum Qualification: Full-time Graduate

3. Joining: Immediate.

4. Preferred if the candidate holds UAE Driving license.

5. Working Hours: 9AM to 6PM, Friday Off.

Job nature: Admission Counseling and Public Relation Duties.

Job Duties and responsibilities: Operations and Admin:


1. Counseling and managing the on campus and off campus students, parents, individuals or organization who are related to similar interests.

2. Manage the registrations and admission formalities for the potential students.

3. Work on various queries which can be conveyed to the counselor through multiple means of communication (Should be open to all means like calls, emails, walk-ins, portals or agencies.

4. Taking initiatives to increase walk-ins creating awareness, organizing various marketing activities to increase walk-in etc.

5. Tie up with companies for getting students placed on practical trainings, internships, volunteering opportunities.

6. Coordination with and site visits to venues and companies where students are placed for volunteering opportunities.

7. Relationship building and management with companies who will be prospective recruiters of students.

8. Networking with industry professionals to organize guest speakers and master classes for students.

9. Identify and research on students, parents, individuals or organization who would be interested to apply with Nest Academy of Management Education.

10. To make sure all center/student related activities run smoothly and Participate in cross functional teams as needed to accomplish institute objectives.

11. Maintain center reports & updating database, sustaining coordination between center & head office.

12. Faculty coordination & amp: scheduling of lectures, exams, academic events, registration dates, pending documents, deadline reminders, orientations, follow ups with guardians with respect to various concerns.

13. Participate in education events, in-house events, fairs and engage with the student community.

14. Back Office & Admin work like Generates ID cards, usernames, and passwords for students and prepares admission letters as requested by students.

15. Handling miscellaneous responsibilities as and when required.


Required qualifications

Full time Bachelor's Degree
