The WorkforceSpecialist is responsible for the daily efforts to provide a great customer and employee experience by effectively delivering real-time (intra-day) management with the purpose of optimizing resources to achieve business objectives
Responsibilities:
The ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of how planning/forecasting staffing requirements translate to the creation of optimal schedules and real-time (intra-day) management to support multi-department contact center operations.
The ability to create forecasting and scheduling to that forecast is crucial. This position requires some evening and weekend availability as business needs arise
Qualifications:
Excellent supervisory and people-management skills. Time and project management skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluency in the English language. Adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours. Customer orientation. Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Analytical skills. Presentation skills.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others), Mathematics or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
