Your responsibilities will be to
1)Setup, configure and manage desktop computers / other IT devices in Musafir offices and sister companies across the UAE.
2)Troubleshoot & diagnose network problems, implement corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalate to other technical resources as appropriate.
3)Administer user accounts across multiple environments.
4)Experience in working with AD & GPO at basic levels
5)Design and produce daily / weekly reports as required.
6)Address day to day IT issues within the organization through HelpDesk system.
7)Provide support and maintenance for IT equipment and assist with testing personal computers, IP phones and peripherals on a network to diagnose, hardware versus software problems
8)Contributes to department goals by accomplishing related duties.
9)Troubleshoot / implement basic policies on firewalls (Mandatorily Fortigate)
10)Basic troubleshooting of IP phones (Preferably NEC)
11)Assist Senior IT Manager with projects as necessary.
