Job details
Installing, maintaining, repairing and servicing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Carries out routine checks and logs of the status of Air Conditioning equipment.
Assists in verification of Air Conditioning spares purchased/supplied.
Complying with service standards, and work instructions
Maintain job worksheets detailing nature of assignment, parts utilized, time expended and type of work performed.
