Strong administration skills
Visit site every alternate day, check for quality of works for any defects and notify project manager and consultant with photos for observation and defects.
Track the progress of the project and notify project manager if there are any constraints affecting the project progress at least 4 weeks ahead.
Prepare agenda for weekly project meeting and ensure to send minutes of meeting to all parties after clearance from project.
Ensure that all parties including sub-contractors are attending meeting for proper flow of information.
Co-ordinate with project teams (consultant, contractor and sub-contractors) for any client scope of work (or) material supplies by client.
Make weekly report, for the management as per actual project progress in co-ordination with PM.
Make comparison reports for value engineering tender analysis, and other required reports for all project division.
Study the BOQ, specifications, contract and project drawings and ensure due works are executed accordingly. Notify project manager and consultant in case of any deviation.
Facilitate the progress of project for timely completion of project and notify project manager on actions required to ensure the same.
Co-ordinate with consultant for deliverable on new/defined projects for project manager review.
Assist project Manager on day to day operations for better performance of the department.
Monitor and coordinate maintenance works whenever technical assistance required.
Defined Projects:
Tender opening review and prepare report of tender offers, identify potential re-value engineering items and negotiate with contractors to achieve required specification duration scope and budget of project to sign contract.
Co-ordinate with appointed contractor and consultant to obtain building permit in parallel to site mobilization.
Execution Projects
Review projects shop drawings for proper execution of projects accordingly.
Review potential re-valve engineering on execution projects to ensure maximum savings.
Site visits for quality assurance and quality control and to make site observation to notify consultant in ease of any concerns affecting project objectives in written format.
Project variation control and incorporate any changes from signed specification.
Shall possess thorough knowledge on finishes on projects.
Skills:
AutoCAD, MS Projects, Primavera, 3D max, MS office.
Fast learner, burning desire, self-starter, eager for professional growth with diversity of projects.
