Job Title: AD SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - EUROPE
Job Location:Employee will be based in London but will cover the whole of United Kingdom and Europe with priority focus on major countries. (UK, Paris, Italy)

GENERAL JOB PURPOSEPrimary responsibility is to sell advertising products;
Airtime/TV Commercial spots on TFC channels
Digital Advertising on ABS-CBN Digital Properties
Event Sponsorships on ABS-CBN produced events
Other ancillary products with advertising potential
while maintaining solid, long term client relationships. Meet assigned revenue number or budget and strategic product goals. Increase revenue, active accounts and new contracts over previous year. Make competitive media calls. Prospects for new accounts daily. Develop each account to its maximum potential.
SALES/ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS
Business development and lead generation activities to increase customer client base and grow existing business.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, both direct accounts and agencies, to fulfill client's needs more effectively.
Meet and exceed annual Sales budget.
Identify market potential by qualifying accounts.
Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from clients.
Initiate sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, understanding business needs and developing proposals.
Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new packages, seasonal campaigns and other opportunities that will benefit the clients.
Tailor fit and deliver sales presentations to new and existing clients to sell all advertising opportunities.
Prepare media plan/proposals according to client's budget.
Periodic market scanning to identify untapped industries in the region.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND OTHER SUPPORT FUNCTIONS
Creation of TO (Telecast Order) and manage the monitoring and implementation of media values.
Monitoring of DOL (Daily Operations Log) to manage implementations and bump off in airtime spots.
Prepare client contract/agreements for approval with immediate superior.
Process all correspondence and administrative duties related to accounts which may include but not be limited to; receiving and review of media materials from clients, coordinate the production of materials with PH counterparts or local producers, other admin functions which is related to client servicing.
Weekly monitoring of client billings and account receivables and ensure 100% collection within the approved credit terms.
Attend sales meetings, industry trade shows and training seminars to gather information, product updates, expand network of contacts and increase knowledge
Prepare weekly and monthly coverage plan, sales forecast and other updates related to ad sales performance
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThese must be met by the employee:
Extensive experience in advertising with minimum 3 years ADVERTISING AGENCY background in the region.
Preferably with experience in digital advertising sales and is knowledgeable in the different digital branding solutions in the EUROPE
Experience of working with multicultural partners/clients.
Strong leadership and management skills within a multicultural business environment.
Strong presence, communication, and interpersonal skills and an ability to motivate and manage at all levels.
Exceptional business judgment and commercial awareness.
The ability to work in a matrix environment within a complex global organization.
The ability to work independently with less supervision and is comfortable to do fieldwork on a daily basis.
EDUCATION College Degree, preferably with majors in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration.
MBA is a plus but not essential.
