Prepare document (such as BL, Shipping Certificate, Delivery Order, Invoice, packing list, markings and etc ).
Arranging collection of OBL & Shipping Certificate and perform goods issue.
Work closely with internal operations to meet customer's requirements.
Ensure compliance with customer's and Company Standard Operating Procedures.
Application of third-party documents (Forms D, PCOO & Chamber COO).
Arranging and follow up transportation, booking with carrier and request rate with carrier.
Liaise with CSR & Uploading email documents.
Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma in Logistic/ Transportation, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
Requires Skill(s) - Outlook Email, Ms Excel and Ms Words.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field is required.
Applicants must be able to attempt to office environment.
Required Language(s): Mandarin/ Cantonese (Must), English & Bahasa.

Preferably applicant(s) specializing in Freight Forwarding. Shipping and Logistics/Supply Chain.
