Job Roles & Responsibilities
Patching and painting of affected walls and ceiling.
Repairing of a door, door hinge.
Fixing of pedestal locksets and reset wardrobe combination lock.
Fixing of the bed frame.
Carry out carpentry work.
Repairing of wardrobe and book shelve.
Plumbing work such as clearing choke, remove existing silicon and re-silicon floor trap for all floor traps.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of industrial experience in relevant field
Knowledge and ability to operate all equipment in the relevant area
Ability to perform all essential functions safely and efficiently
Knowledge in supervision
