Identify opportunities that map client's issues to client managed outsourcing services and solutions offering

Responsible for applying technical knowledge to a sales situation effectively and crafting managed outsourcing services solutions for clients

Establish and maintain a professional working relationship at multiple levels, both internally and with the client, by developing a core understanding of the client's unique business needs and competitive challenges

Lead and/or provide expertise to Functional Tower Service Delivery Teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives

Pre-Sales Support (Solution Development)

Lead the solution design and bid preparation for managed outsourcing services' RFP/tenders

Lead the creation of enterprise industry solutions framework, architectures, standards, benchmark and support delivery models

Tailor strategy and architect solutions to meet the needs of the client, and interface with both internal and external/industry's subject matter experts to anticipate customer's needs and facilitate solution development

Prepare cost calculation to consolidate all cost components and/or develop the pricing model to customer

Prepare proposal for solutions and services

Prepare and deliver presentations confidently to customers on the proposed solutions and services

Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
