Job details
- In charge of CAD Drafting of architectural plans, 3D, elevations & sections, Shop Drawings & detailing for production & site works.
- Preparing all set of drawings & documents for authority approvals.
- Liaising with the design, technical, sales & joinery team and project management team for the clarity of design and other requirements which is needed to ensure smooth completion of the project.
- Attending Site technical meetings and preparing sets of drawings for production & site works.
- Finally preparing and updating all set of drawings & as-built drawings.
- Complying all documents & drawings (soft & hard copy) of all the projects.
- Liaise with all cross-functional team for project coordination.
- The capability of understanding the needs and constraints of a project, and transform the brief into a creative concept.
- It is MANDATORY to have experience in Interior Fit-out & Joinery projects
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Must have minimum 2-3 Years UAE Experience in Joinery/Fit-out, or Advertising/Events
- Good Communication skills in English.
- A graduate or related to Engineering Degree or any related courses.
