Job Summary

He/She must have a high level of technical expertise and clear insights into current business practices.

Responsible to design new IT solutions, modify, enhance or adapt existing systems and integrate new features or improvements, all with the aim of improving business efficiency and productivity based on the requirements provided by Business.

Help Project Manager on the following:

- examine existing IT systems and business models;

- analyse systems requirements;

- undertake Application development;

- implement, configure and test feasible solutions.

Job Requirements:

Typically requires a degree from a 4-year college ( or ), and 2+ years of in-depth business knowledge and system design, preferably in the Transactional services or eCommerce space.

- At least 1 year of experience as Business Systems Analyst in development and production environments

- Able to interpret and write functional requirements and translate them into technical design and development projects

- Able to analyze, design and formulate detailed programming specifications and documentation

a logical approach to problem Solving (process flow)

- Requires strong leadership skills and consulting skills.

- Strong communication skills for composing and writing original business letters, detailed business specifications, recommendations, reports, internal

- Policy and presentations to management

- Must have strong reasoning, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills

- May supervise or work direct lower level technical staff.
