We are growing rapidly and looking to add Systems Engineers to the Organization
This is an ideal situation for someone seeking to expand their skills set and advance their careers
- Support current customer base - Work closely with vendor support for escalations
- Project deployment for Aruba, Cisco, Juniper ( initially )- Provide weekly reports on current projects and activities
- Provide weekly report on support cases- Be a member of technical staff within EMWme MTS teams
- Assist Sales team in pre-sales activity - Develop solid knowledge for Aruba wireless and ClearPass, Cisco Switching and Routing, Develop solid knowledge for Juniper Switches, Routing and Palo Alto Fire Walls- Work flexible hours (based on customer timing )
- 5+ years in a customer-facing sales role
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and represent EMWme with utmost professionalism
- This position requires product line planning experience and a breadth of knowledge around IP Telephony, Data Infrastructure, SIP, Wireless and Converged communication servers, gateways
- Superior communications, presentation, and customer interface skills-Fluency in English-Fluency in Arabic is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Ability to handle Pressure -Ability to Travel 50% of the time
This position reports to the SE Manager
