Responsibilities and Duties

Build and maintain relationships with the customers

Should generate leads and bring business to the company.

Take full responsibilities with the dealing with relevant customer complaints, queries and requests for the information from the start to the end of the process.

Maintain MIS Reporting

Regular follow up calls with the clients, receive incoming calls & outgoing calls.

Maintain database

Achieve Sales target

Coordinate with seniors

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Must be graduate

Good convincing Power

Pleasing personality

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Preference should be given to experienced candidates.
