Job details
Continued demand for our sentinel Schedule Manager within security and facilities management sectors, means that we need to recruit a new business sales executive to join our team.
Objectives
- Use cold calling, networking, and social media to generate new business sales opportunities.
- Deal with incoming sales inquiries.
- Organize follow up activities to progress these sales leads.
- Visit prospect premises to discuss, document detailed requirements, deliver presentations and demonstrations when appropriate.
- Ensure that the sales process is conducted in a timely manner and meets internal procedures and the prospect's expectations.
- Prepare detailed quotations and proposals, negotiate contract terms and close sales
- Maintain Sentinel Technologies customer relationship management system (ZOHO)
- Represent Sentinel Technologies at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Be prepared to identify new markets and business opportunities
- Meet regularly with the Security Excellence & Projects Director to discuss progress against targets.
Hours of work
Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday AM to PM but on occasions it may be necessary to work outside these hours.
Essential Knowledge & Experience
- Excellent communications skills using the telephone and written word
- Excellent interpersonal skills, on the phone and in person.
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Presentation skills
- Experience in Social Media
- Experience in Security Industry would also be advantageous
- Experience in workforce management software would be an advantage
Experience
- Direct sales: 2 year (Preferred)
- Software Sales
Education
Secondary education (Required as minimum)
Licence
A full, clean driving licence (Required)
