FOCUS AREAS 

Order management for the vendor portfolio.

Order management for the sales portfolio.

Excellence in reporting areas

Operating Logicom's systems effectively and following all processes as documented to process customer orders efficiently

Liaising internally with all departments, managing queries, and escalations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle order processing in a prioritized manner.

Validate customer purchase orders & create internal sales orders, as required.

Reviewing booked orders to ensure they are in accordance with our LPO/ terms and conditions.

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Prepare needed reports for sales team (order status/ ETA)

Process all vendor orders before cut-off time and date

Monitoring ETA for products and updates the system

Initiating sales return in line with the process established.

Tracking all b2b orders, and informing team upon receipt.

Reviewing backlog on daily basis to ensure order status is updated.

Updating sales team on pending orders.

Following up to ensure timely approval of orders.

Preparing weekly invoicing forecast and send credit for proactive planning of invoicing to PM's as and when requested.

Following up with sales team on PDC's / CDC's proactively.

Reviewing of aged orders on a weekly basis and plan actions accordingly.

Following up with sales on discount rebates, upload and attach the same to Sales orders.

Having a check on Compliance before processing any orders.

Processing Invoicing of license orders.

Respond to customer's requests promptly in a professional, polite and friendly manner.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Strong communication. Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner

Computer literate with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.

Qualifications

  • Graduate and Computer literate with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Knowledge of working on an ERP system (not a necessity)
  • Experience in the IT distribution industry (must have)
  • Sales Coordinator experience
  • Must be immediately available
