Takes orders from customers in a professional manner and types it on the POS system;

Shows high level of customer service at all times;

Uses cross selling & up selling techniques to promote C & G items and increases the average check per table;

Promotes C & G's special features to customers as per his / her superior's request;

Reports any problem related to customers to his / her superior & follows up accordingly;

Responds to customer requests immediately by always being available on his / her section;

Serves food & beverage to customers and places them as per C & G standards and vice versa;

Makes continuous checks on his/ her section to check the needs of the customer;

Follows the service standards of C & G's;

Cleans & prepares the table after the customer visit;

Supports his / her peers during rush hour to help in achieving an excellent customer service;

Attends to work fully dressed as per C & G's standards and pays attention to his / her personal hygiene;

Maintains his / her station continuously to reflect the best image to the customers;

Performs other related tasks as required from management.
