Reporting

This position requires reporting to the Clinic Manager (direct line manager) and CEO (Indirect Reporting)

Job Responsibilities

1.Oversees all company social media accounts coordination

2.Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote InTouch brand-focused messages.

3.Coordinates social media messaging with CEO, Clinic Manager, Clinical Supervisor, Web Team, and Synduit, and quarterly or seasonal company goals.

4.Develop Digital Media Marketing Plan with the CEO and Clinic Manager.

5.Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns

6.Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement

7.Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new service releases, ad campaigns, or other InTouch brand messages

8.Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing with specialization in Digital Marketing. Fresh graduates with extensive skill set will also be considered for this position.

Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency, Computer Software Proficiency, Team Management Experience, Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience, Proofreading and Editing Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills (both English and Arabic), Customer Service Skills
