Our company is seeking a Marketing Specialist to play a critical role in agent and brand marketing. This position reports up through the Head of Sales, Director, and CEO.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and provide subject matter expertise on all company marketing tools and resources including but not limited to: CRM, print on demand system, cloud software, proprietary websites and social media
Providing in-office agent property and real estate business marketing support
Work with agents to manage and facilitate development of social media, presentations, advertising, collateral and promotional programs.
Stay abreast of current trends and tools to serve as a constant source of inspiration and intelligence for leadership, agents and for application to strategic projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree required
English and Arabic Speaker
A balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution (with an all-hands on deck mentality)
Ability to turn complex business issues and opportunities into simple, executable, results- driven solutions
Collaborative, social and customer service-oriented by nature. Accustomed to managing multiple clients simultaneously. Must be able to handle all situations with diplomacy
Boundless curiosity and positive can-do attitude
Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills
Adept at juggling multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality
Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites a plus (specifically InDesign, Illustrator Photoshop)
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
Strong presentation and training skills
Strong ability to learn new technologies and digital programs and share processes with others
Accuracy and a strong attention to detail
Ability to follow direction, be proactive and utilize critical thinking and problem solving skills are essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong professional relationships
Knowledge of Local and International real estate market is a plus
