Responsibilities: 

Assist the Area Sales Manager/Assistant Manager in all sales and marketing activities with Chinese speaking and non-Chinese speaking markets 

Formulate and implement marketing plans, and develop new business opportunities and market niches 

Coordinate with various departments to ensure that orders are within the terms and conditions of the sales contract, and that the goods are delivered to customers on time 

Communicate with prospective and existing customers mainly via emails and phone calls 

Prepare sales contracts, sales reports and other sales-related reports for assigned markets 

Monitor customer payments and ensure that they pay on time and in accordance with the terms on the sales contract 

Develop and maintain good rapport with customers 

Assist in preparing various sales and market reports 

Requirements: 

At least a Diploma in Marketing/Sales/MassCom or equivalent qualification 

Ability to read and write in Mandarin has an added advantage 

Good command of written and spoken English 

Excellent communication and business development skills 

At least 1-2 years working experience 

Self-motivated and aggressive in achieving the sales target 

A good team-player 

Willing to start immediately
